On the afternoon of January 18, Luzhi Tourism Company convened a democratic evaluation meeting to assess mid-level cadres and to evaluate the implementation of the “Three Governance, Three Improvements” work-style initiative. Members at the team leader level and above attended the meeting, while the Town Organization Office and the Discipline Inspection Office also participated. Director Wang Yeping was present and chaired the session.
This meeting was primarily devoted to evaluating the 2015 performance of the four members of the leadership team at the tourism company. At the outset, Director Wang outlined the specific evaluation criteria and related requirements, after which the on-site assessment commenced. Participants conducted a candid, in-person democratic evaluation, focusing first on the assessment items of “firm conviction,” “serving the people,” “diligence and pragmatism,” “willingness to take responsibility,” and “integrity and incorruptibility,” and secondly on the company’s “Three Governance, Three Improvements” campaign to strengthen work style, assessing the implementation of three key areas: “democratic centralism and the ‘Three Major Matters,’” “organizational, personnel, and disciplinary matters,” and “attendance management and enforcement.”
