The Water‑Town Agricultural Tools Museum is located on the southeast side of Wansheng Rice Mill, facing the street to the east, and comprises three courtyards. Opened in April 2003, it showcases a wide array of agricultural implements from Luzhi’s water‑towns, highlighting the evolution of local farming tools from rudimentary to refined and reflecting the ingenuity of the people of Luzhi.

Passing through the stone-paved courtyard of Wansheng Rice Mill, you arrive at “Leisi Hall,” where antique Jiangnan rice‑farming tools and grain‑processing implements are displayed, creating a unique “Water‑Town Agricultural Tools Museum” that captures the charm of this watery region.

The Luzhi Water Town Agricultural Tools Museum displays nine major categories of ancient farming implements:

Cutting tools: stone axe, stone knife;

Agricultural tools for tilling the soil: stone adzes, plows, hoes, spades, mattocks, and ploughs;

Agricultural tools made of broken clay: a wheat‑clay rake, an iron attachment with a chisel‑shaped head, and a cattle‑drawn harrow.

Sowing tools: pointed wooden sticks, stone pestles, seedling stools, and seedling ropes;

Agricultural tools for intertilling: stone hoe, bronze hoe, harrow, grass trousers, hemp shirt, bamboo horse‑saddle, bamboo arm basket, and finger‑size basket.

Agricultural tools: iron shovel, pond rake, pointed-tooth iron harrow, multi-tooth iron harrow, mud‑scooping clamp, water‑drawing device, hoe, raincoat, bamboo hat, waterwheel, waterwheel puller, ox‑drawn cart, and bucket‑pumping device.

Harvesting tools: stone sickle, shell sickle, bronze sickle, iron sickle;

Agricultural tools: rice bucket, rice bed, flail, firewood‑washing stick, winnowing basket, washing basket, bamboo sieve, fan, wooden rice mill, mortar and pestle, grain‑raising bed, scoop, rake, threshing machine, grinding, hand‑powered mill, and push‑type mill.

Storage and transportation tools: earthenware jars, earthenware vats, wicker baskets, straw bundles, stacking strips, wooden measuring boxes, buckets, scoops, carrying poles, and earthen straps.
