7 Days Sunshine Hotel Suzhou Luzhi Ancient Town Scenic Area is the latest upgraded boutique property under the 7 Days Inn brand of the Plateno Group, decorated to IU standards. The hotel is located on the fourth floor of the Luzhi Ancient Town Visitor Center. Its exterior design draws inspiration from the picturesque landscapes of Jiangnan gardens, featuring whitewashed walls, dark-tiled roofs, and elegant pavilions and towers.
The guest rooms offer views of a 300-square-meter inner courtyard as well as the quaint town’s charming bridges and flowing streams. The hotel features 29 standard rooms (including family suites) and 40 queen‑size rooms (also with family options), along with a cozy tea lounge, a game room, and a nutritious breakfast. One-third of the property lies within the ancient town’s scenic area: step out of the elevator, turn left on the first floor, and walk along the riverbank for just two minutes to reach the heart of the historic district; alternatively, head straight from the elevator, walk to the T‑shaped intersection with traffic lights (about two minutes), then turn right to find a bustling food street lined with banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more.
The hotel offers the following complimentary services: on‑site parking in the visitor center’s basement; self‑service office automation at the front desk (printing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning); safe deposit box storage for valuables; self‑service laundry facilities, including a drying rack and coin‑operated dryers; refrigeration and freezing for food and beverages; microwave heating of food; and a standard first‑aid kit. As a general taxpayer, the hotel can issue both standard VAT invoices and special VAT invoices at the front desk, available 24 hours a day.
